Libertyville Lions Club

The Libertyville Lions Club is proud to continue its scholarship recognition program by offering one $1,000 college scholarship.

Criteria:

1. Must be a graduating senior of Libertyville High School.
2. Must be accepted to an accredited four-year college or university by May 31 of this year.
3. Must be in the upper 50% of the graduating class at the end of the first semester of the senior year.
4. Must complete this application in typewritten form by the deadline below.
5. Must demonstrate involvement in a service to the community or school.
6. Must submit two letters of recommendation.
7. Must submit application before 3:30pm on April 6, 2013.

The LHS Scholarship Committee will select the award recipients.

Scholarship recipients will be announced at the LHS Honors Night Program.

Awards will be made directly to the recipient’s college or university when the recipient attains freshman status at the college or university. Recipients will receive specific award claim instructions with their award certificate. The Libertyville Lions Club will retain unclaimed awards.

All completed applications and recommendations are to be returned to the LHS College Resource Center prior to the due date above.
